Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using VOX EV services.

1. About VOX EV

VOX EV is an electric vehicle (EV) dealer and marketplace facilitator operating in Ghana. We specialize exclusively in electric vehicles and connect customers with verified vehicle suppliers, import partners, and third-party financing institutions.

VOX EV does not manufacture, own, or finance vehicles unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Nature of Our Services

VOX EV's services include:

  • Marketing and showcasing electric vehicles
  • Connecting customers with approved suppliers and vendors
  • Facilitating communication, documentation, and transaction coordination
  • Supporting delivery and post-purchase communication

VOX EV does not:

  • Act as a bank or lender
  • Provide loans or installment credit directly
  • Control third-party financing decisions

3. Vehicle Condition & Warranty

  • All vehicles are sold "as-is"
  • VOX EV relies strictly on the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier

VOX EV makes no additional warranties, express or implied.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Vehicle prices are determined by suppliers and may change without notice
  • Payments may be made:
    • Directly to VOX EV (where applicable), or
    • To third-party vendors, banks, or financing partners

VOX EV is not responsible for pricing errors originating from suppliers or financiers.

5. Installment Plans & Financing (IMPORTANT)

  • VOX EV does not operate or control any financing system
  • Installment plans and loans are offered solely by:
    • Third-party banks
    • Financial institutions
    • Vehicle suppliers
  • Financing approval, interest rates, repayment schedules, and disbursement timelines are entirely determined by those third parties.

VOX EV shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejection
  • Delays in financing approval
  • Changes in interest rates
  • Bank or vendor administrative processes

6. Order Changes

  • Order modifications are permitted before delivery only
  • All changes:
    • Require supplier approval
    • May attract additional charges
    • May affect delivery timelines

VOX EV does not guarantee availability after order changes.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only under specific conditions.

a. Payments Made to VOX EV

Refunds may be considered where:

  • The vehicle becomes unavailable
  • The supplier cancels the order
  • An administrative error occurs

b. Payments Made to Third Parties

Where payments are made to:

  • Banks
  • Financing institutions
  • Suppliers

Refunds are handled exclusively by those parties. VOX EV has no authority over third-party refund timelines or approvals.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on:
    • Supplier availability
    • Importation and logistics
    • Customs clearance

VOX EV facilitates delivery coordination but does not control supplier or logistics delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

VOX EV shall not be liable for:

  • Financing delays or failures
  • Supplier non-performance
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Third-party actions or omissions

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
